Staying with us is simple:

  1. Submit a reservation request: our team will process your mid-term housing request within 24 hours. Please note, Alpas Homes may opt to collect a 20% refundable deposit at the time of your request depending on length of stay. If we cannot accommodate your request, then your deposit will be returned in full.

  2. Submit your background screening: We are admittedly selective in our screening process so as to ensure an ideal fit between our client base and our property portfolio. We wish to provide every guest with a world class experience at world class properties, so if there is any issue regarding your application screening, we will contact you directly to notify you and expeditiously refund your deposit.

  3. Application approval: Once the screening process is complete, we will issue a confirmation and coordinate with you + your employer on full remittance.

  4. You arrive: This is our favorite part! Our concierge team will liaise with you to ensure a seamless check-in process along with 24-hour support for any needs that arise during your stay. Again, we’re here to ensure a world-class experience that leads to a long-term relationship ripe with rest, rejuvenation, and productivity.
